Coach Peter Gentle praises Hulls for adapting to changes to win

HULL coach Peter Gentle praised his side for adapting to his changes at half-time as they came from behind to win the 220th Hull derby.The visitors were trailing 8-6 at the break and Gentle was unhappy with the way his side had performed.

However, three tries in seven second-half minutes proved crucial as they leapfrogged their bitter rivals.

Gentle said: “We changed things and to the players’ credit, they adapted well.”
