Neville Costigan to Captain PNG Kumuls in Rugby League World Cup

Costigan was named Captain of the Kumuls this afternoon in Port Moresby by Kumuls Coach Andrian Lam before departing for England via Singapore.
Lam is optimistic Team Kumul under the leadership of Costigan will be competitative against France and Samoa and would obviously need a good score against New Zeleand to stay contention for a quarter-final berth.
Kumuls play a warm up match with Scotland prior their pool matches
