Canada to take on Jamaica in Caribbean Carnival Cup Rugby League International Test Match
The Canada Wolverines have made just one change to the team that defeated the USA Tomahawks last week. Experienced hooker Chris Diamond replaces the unavailable Graham Dobbs in the starting line up with all other players retaining their positions in the team.
Canada Wolverines coach Jamie Lester commented “I’m looking forward to the challenge. I think it’s going to be a fantastic atmosphere and great occasion. I have a lot of respect for the Jamaican team and the style of play they bring. They will be a very tough proposition, they are tough, can be unpredictable at times, and will certainly entertain the fans. For us, it’s about improvement and building on our last performance. As a group we have outlined a few areas that we need to improve on, so I am excited to see how we respond to those”.
